Cally Jo Larson was a daughter, a sister, a niece, an aunt, grand daughter, a friend. She was a beautiful and vibrant soul.

Her life was rich with promise and possibility. Those who knew her described her as brave, fun-loving, and a "sweetheart." She embodied curiosity, kindness, and an eagerness to live life fully.

Cally was born on June 3, 1986 in Litchfield, MN, to Connie Kaddatz and Paul Larson. She had two older sisters, Jayme and Contessa. In 199X, Connie moved her girls to Waseca, MN.

Cally loved gymnastics, attended church at Peace Lutheran in Waseca, …..

On April 20, 1999, Cally was killed in her family home.

Thanks to the relentless and meticulous work of law enforcement, her killer was caught, prosecuted, and is serving a life sentence at a Minnesota prison with an opportunity for parole that begins in February of 2027.

While the family is hopeful that the Parole Board will not grant the offender’s request for release due to the violent and predatory nature of his crimes, we are not taking anything for granted.

We are asking friends, family, and community members to sign this petition calling on the MN Parole Board to deny the request for parole.

The offender is right where he needs to be in order to pay for his crime and to protect the community.

Please include that his parole should be denied and the defendant should remain in prison for the remainder of his natural life.
